A propos de OLL

Le OWLA Leadership Lab (OLL) est un programme en ligne innovant qui vise à renforcer les capacités de leadership des femmes en Afrique de l’Ouest francophone. Il offre une expérience d’apprentissage transformative et élargit la portée du programme OWLA en permettant aux participantes d’y accéder partout dans la région, indépendamment des contraintes locales. Ses objectifs sont triples : développer les compétences, les connaissances et la confiance nécessaires pour un leadership efficace ; favoriser une communauté régionale dynamique de femmes leaders capables de se connecter, de collaborer et de se soutenir mutuellement ; et encourager l’innovation ainsi que l’impact positif dans les communautés. Le programme s’adresse à toutes les femmes francophones d’Afrique de l’Ouest désireuses de développer leur potentiel de leadership, en particulier celles qui débutent dans ce rôle, qui souhaitent élargir leurs compétences et leurs connaissances, qui ont à cœur de générer des changements positifs et qui apprécient l’apprentissage collaboratif et les perspectives diversifiées.
